Wow! I’m able to keep this going for two whole weeks…maybe this will actually be a regular thing?! Without further ado, here are my interesting reads for this week. Yes, Yes, Yes. I couldn’t agree with this more. I naturally have anxiety and immense travel anxiety (not a fan of planes) but I have had my best experiences whilst travelling and interacting with people of different cultures.

Speaking of worry, I loved this letter. While I won’t say I worry about horsemanship, I think the rest of the list is spot on. What do you think?

I’m one of those people who needs AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep otherwise I’m not functional. I prefer 9 hours. I found this article interesting as it’s stuff I try to implement—I’m working SO hard at sticking with my sleep schedule, but it’s so easy to sleep in on the weekend!
~Quit Social Media Every Other Day
I’m not one to talk but I am trying to be more mindful about my social media usage. I did not go on my blog’s Instagram page for over a month and it was wonderful. I got too caught up in the competition of it all and it was not doing good things to my mental health. Stepping back really helped me gain perspective and fall in love with photography for the joy of photography (and not for the perfectly timed Instagram shot).
